Baby Back Rib Dinner with Roasted Root Vegetables, Cauliflower and Potatoes, Garden Salad

These ribs are so tender, the meat is falling of the bone! We “cure” the ribs for 24 hours in our house spice rub, cook them sous vide for 20 plus hours, then finish the ribs on the grill. Our house BBQ sauce is served on the side. Dinner includes roasted root vegetables, cauliflower and potatoes, with a garden salad.
