Organic, grass fed bone-in beef short ribs slow cooked in a flavorful and slightly spicy Mexican dried chili sauce, served with herbed roasted zucchini and white rice. Dinner also includes a Spring mix, Blackberry, and goat cheese salad. We have paired this dinner with a juicy, delicious 2012 Vina Alicia Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina.
