This Fromage Friday, we are featuring Tomme Brebis with Espelette, a Semi-Soft Basque Sheep’s Milk Cheese with Espelette Pepper (not spicy). A traditional cheese from the Basque (Pyrenees) region of France, this raw sheep’s milk cheese has concentrated flavors and a delightful hint of Espelette pepper. The cheese is produced near Espelette, the origin of the famous pepper which is infused into this cheese. When paired with Luna Vineyards, Winemaker Reserve Pinot Noir, you’ll get fireworks in your mouth!
