Halibut Ceviche with Spanish Rice (pick up)

This dinner includes refreshing and lower calorie ceviche made with fresh halibut, red onion, tomatoes, and avocado, served with warm tortillas and Spanish style rice. The ceviche will be prepared with mild spiciness. Hot pepper sauce on the side.
Suggested Wine Pairings:
La Pettegola Vermentino Wine: $19.99
With or without the hot sauce, our Italian white wine is a great pairing, especially with an extra squeeze of lemon juice. Vermentino has strong citrus notes, which work well with the lemon and lime juice in the ceviche.
Tequila Revolution Resposado: $49.99
This full flavored Tequila Resposado is great if you don’t add additional hot pepper sauce to the ceviche.
Tequila Revolution Anejo: $54.99
If you add the pepper sauce and lime to the ceviche, go for the Anejo Tequila, which has more depth and a bit more sweetness.
