Pasta Bolognese with Penne Pasta or Zucchini “Noddles” with Arugula, Prosciutto and Parmigiano-Reggiano Salad with Basil Oil and Black Pepper

We highly suggest getting four people together so that you can have both of the wines. The Il Bruciato is fantastic with the salad course and the Monsanto Chianti Classico is exactly what the tomato and meat based Bolognese sauce. We make the Bolognese from scratch and it’s really delicious! Please let us know if you prefer pasta or zucchini noodles or one of each.
