Recommended Wine Pairing:

Salmon is interesting because there are two primary directions to go with wine. The most common pairing with salmon is either Chardonnay or Pinot Noir. For a really interesting and fun wine pairing experience, we recommend getting both wines!

Bramito Italian Chardonnay $20.99

This Chardonnay really pairs well with the leek, dill and creme fraiche sauce. It also picks up some of the citrus notes in the balsamic dressing used on the spinach salad.

Luna Vineyards Winemaker Reserve Pinot Noir $36.99 (sale price)

The Luna Pinot Noir works best with the salmon dish when the snow peas are included in the bite. The flavor of the snow peas seemed to work with the green vegetal influence in the wine, which is present because this particular Pinot Noir has stem inclusion as part of the winemaking process. With the salad, the Pinot was of course great with the mushrooms.
