Spanish Night: Iberico de Bellota Solomillo (tenderloin) with Spinach Espanol and Patatas Bravas

Iberico de Belotta pork meat has been compared to Wagyu beef because of the marvelous marbling. The pigs eat acorns as part of their diet, which leads to a deliciously healthy fat and a wonderful taste and texture. This meal features Iberico de Belotta solomillo and includes Spinach Espanol and Patatas Bravas, two classic Spanish side dishes. Pair this meal with any of our wonderful Spanish wines.
