Spanish Tapas and Antique Fino Sherry – Jamon Iberico, Idiazabal, Asparagus with Romesco Sauce and Spanish Gazpacho

Make a meal out of tapas! Spanish Style Gazpacho is made of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, red bell peppers, onion, bread, and olive oil, blended into a flavorful puree soup. Asparagus and Romesco sauce is a traditional dish in Spain, and of course Spain’s national treasure is the very special Iberico ham. We’ll be slicing the ham fresh from a whole back leg of a free-range Iberian pig. Idiazabal is a semi-soft smoked sheep’s milk cheese with a rich nutty flavor originating from Navarra, Spain. Fino sherry is the traditional pairing with Iberico ham, and it is also great with the other items in this Spanish Tapas dinner. This Antique Fino is delicious.
