Wild Boar Ragout with Creamy Polenta, Mixed Green Salad and Luna Sangiovese

We served this Wild Boar Ragout with Creamy Polenta at the Luna Vineyards Winemaker dinner we held in 2019 at The Flavor Studio. The paring was spot on and the wine was a favorite for many at the tasting! We’re serving this hearty main course with a refreshing mixed green salad.
