This Wisconsin Cheddar has been aged for over 5 years, giving it a rich flavor and slightly tangy bite. The sharp flavor makes this cheese perfect for beer, Scotch Whisky and Bourbon tasting, gives sandwiches a delicious zing, and can even be paired perfectly with gourmet sausage.
All of our cheeses are cut to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred. Just let us know what you would like to order and approximately how much of each cheese (ie: 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, etc…), and we’ll then arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your completed order.
