These ribs are so tender, the meat is falling of the bone! We “cure” the ribs for 24 hours in our house spice rub, cook them sous vide for 20 hours, then finish the ribs on the grill. Served with homemade BBQ sauce on the side. This dinner includes Roasted Root Vegetables and Garden Salad.
