Berkshire Pork Lomo: This delicious lomo will melt in your mouth. It’s Dry-cured and rubbed with five different Spanish paprikas. From there, the pork loin is massaged to help the paprika penetrate the meat for an optimally tender texture. Finally the Lomo is aged in its casing for four months in a dry room to accentuate the aroma.
Fresh sliced to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred.
