Triple cream, cow’s milk, France
Domaine du Vallage is a pasteurized, triple crème cow’s milk cheese produced by La Fromagerie Delin in the small, rural village of Chevillon in the Champagne region of France. Domaine du Vallage is a rich, decadent, buttery cheese with a thick, cheesecake-like texture. While this cheese is very wine friendly, it pairs well with a bright, crisp and mineral tinged Chardonnay, such as a Chablis from France. It’s also delightful with bubbles!
All of our cheeses are cut to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred. Just let us know what you would like to order and approximately how much of each cheese (ie: 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, etc…), and we’ll then arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your completed order.
