Dry Jack Vella is a pasteurized cow’s milk , rubbed with cocoa powder, black pepper and oil, made like fresh Monterey Jack and further aged for another seven to ten months. Firm, pale yellow with a sweet nutty flavor. This cheese is great for grating, shredding, slicing, cooking or just plain eating. Marvelous in toasted cheese sandwiches, omelets and souffles. Delicious shredded on pasta, soups or tacos –for a taste that is unique and special. Can also be added to casseroles and enchiladas.

All of our cheeses are cut to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred. Just let us know what you would like to order and approximately how much of each cheese (ie: 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, etc…), and we’ll then arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your completed order.
