Idiazabal is a semi-soft smoked sheep’s milk cheese with a rich nutty flavor originating from Navarra, Spain. Idiazabal is perfect for tapas, snacking, or even for melting over food and pairs well with red wine, cider, Sherry or a fine Port.
All of our cheeses are cut to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred. Just let us know what you would like to order and approximately how much of each cheese (ie: 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, etc…), and we’ll then arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your completed order.
