Firm and funky, washed rind, goat’s milk, Spain
Pata Cabra is a unique Spanish goat’s milk cheese with a washed rind and a smooth, pungent flavor. The rind turns from a reddish color to a pale orange-brown color as it ages. Use Pata Cabra on your cheeseboard, or add other Spanish cheeses, Iberico ham, Marcona almonds and quince paste for authentic Spanish tapas. You can even add it to your favorite mac ‘n cheese recipe!
All of our cheeses are cut to order and the cost is based on the actual weight. Advance order is preferred. Just let us know what you would like to order and approximately how much of each cheese (ie: 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound, etc…), and we’ll then arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your completed order.
