Award winning Tomme Brebis Espelette, made in the heart of the Pyrénées Atlantique, is a mildly sharp cheese made from sheep’s milk and infused with Espelette peppers. It is produced near Espelette, a small Basque village famous for its pepper. The paste is a lovely pale orange color with flecks of the aromatic brick red peppers and a texture that is semi firm with a natural rind. Aged around 2 months.
