Chef Araceli here, with over three decades of experience in the California and Nevada food industries, I am a seasoned culinary professional specializing in tasting menus and specialty food curation. Although being in the food industry most my life the specialty food  life began behind the cheese counter, where I was a cheesemonger. There it sparked a deep-seated passion for gourmet flavors. Notably, she partnered with the late Laurel Pine to design exquisite tasting menus perfectly complemented by curated wine pairings."This foundation evolved into a career defined by creativity and connection, leading to host vibrant pop-ups and high-profile collaborations. 

Originally the sister company to Laurel Pine Living Luxury, Araceli with The Flavor Studio continues the legacy of excellence through curated wine pairings and private events. I offer a versatile range of services, including private at home or on location dining, plated multi-course meals or family style, collaborating with doing special events, and specialty food retail—all defined by a diverse culinary background and commitment to quality.
